Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, unworn condition and in the same condition that you received it. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging then ONLY the returns will be accepted if delivered back to us within;
a) Fourteen (14) days after receiving of package for local delivery
b) Fourteen (14) days after receiving of package for overseas delivery
Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be refunded in the form of voucher for future purchase or replacement and exchange of similar or other product with same value.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. The shipping charges will be borne by customer.
Shipping
You should mail your return product to: CTS PRODUCTION SDN BHD, PARIT 7 BAN 1, SUNGAI LEMAN, 45400 SEKINCHAN, SELANGOR.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches our office. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
